Due to the bespoke nature of our tailoring services, refunds are not available for custom-made garments unless there is a fault in the workmanship or materials.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Alterations and Adjustments
Adjustments to custom-made garments are part of our service. If you are not satisfied with the fit, please contact us within 30 days of collection to arrange for alterations.
We do not offer refunds for ready-to-wear items that have been altered, even if the alteration was performed by our team.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
